  3. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability of all items. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to update, modify, or cancel the order.
  4. Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payments

  1. We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, cards, net banking, and cash-on-delivery (if available).
  2. Online payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  3. Habibi’s Palace is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by the payment processor or the customer’s bank.
  4. In case of refund due to cancellation or order issues, processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

4. Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery zones are limited to areas serviced by our team. Availability may vary by time and location.
  2. Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen situations.
  3. You must provide a correct and complete delivery address. Incorrect information may result in order delays or cancellation.
  4. Once delivered and accepted by the customer, food items cannot be returned.

5. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  1. Orders may be cancelled within a limited time before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
  2. Habibi’s Palace reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Unavailability of items
    • Incorrect information
    • Non-serviceable location
    • Technical or operational issues
  3. In case of cancellation by us, applicable refunds will be processed.

6. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
    • Wrong items delivered
    • Major quality issues validated by our team
    • Order cancelled before preparation
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days (depending on bank/payment provider).
  3. No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction based on taste preference alone.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Information

  1. Customers are responsible for informing us about any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
  2. While we maintain hygiene and safety standards, cross-contamination may occur.
  3. Habibi’s Palace is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption of our products.
